US President Joe Biden on Monday delivered a speech on the situation in Afghanistan.
The situation in Afghanistan has deteriorated as people have been seen falling from a plane over the air as they have been captured by the sides.
Biden told reporters that the United States did not go to Afghanistan to rebuild the country.
He said the reason they went to Afghanistan was not to be attacked or to be attacked by terrorist groups.
He said the US plan was successful and that US troops had been withdrawn.
– US troops are not capable, nor should they fight and die in a war where Afghan forces are not ready to fight for themselves.
